Manufacturing Control from Mould Development to Finished Diaphragm
At DIAFEX, production is managed within our own facilities in Istanbul, Türkiye. With the exception of sourced raw materials, our manufacturing processes are carried out fully in-house, without relying on third-party subcontract manufacturers.
Our manufacturing team brings 50 years of industry experience, combining dedicated mould-making capability with controlled production processes for hydraulic breaker replacement diaphragms.

Controlled In-House Production
Manufacturing is carried out within our own facilities, giving DIAFEX direct control over process consistency, workmanship and production flow.

Premium Raw Material Options
Customers can select Japanese Raw Material – 1st Quality or German Raw Material – 1st +Quality according to application and market requirements.

Dimensional Consistency
Our dedicated mould programme is built around producing replacement diaphragms to the original product dimensions required for each listed application.

Custom Mould Capability
If a diaphragm is not currently listed in the catalogue, DIAFEX can develop a new mould and expand the product programme for the requested application.
